Default Honey help

Well, I searched and got some info, but I have a few questions, which can hopefully be answered quickly because I want to take a shower soon!
so- is adding it to my rinse out, leave in, gel or doing a rinse best? or can I do a few different ways at once. also, when do i do the rinse, after co-wash or rinse out or low poo/poo bar? thanks!
oh, and how much should I use?

depends what you're looking for I also assume you know your dew points? I would start with a pea size in rinse out condish and a honey rinse (start small maybe 1/2t to 1C) as your LI or b4 your LI if you're using one.
