I had a bad hair day yesterday and today. So to solve the problem I've worn it in a bun all day yesterday and I have a bun today too. The day before yesterday, I did an ACV Rinse. Idk if that caused the problem, but I was overconditioned and that's what made me do it. It was my first time. I don't know what to do now, but I need help please Also, my hair is slightly frizzy when wet lately. & it doesn't have the greatest definition in the back anymore. I've been CG for almost a month now so I don't know what's going on.

I stopped co-washing altogether and my hair is much better now. I think Suave and other cheap conditioners have something in them that cause frizz or limpness. I just do water washes or rinse with shikakai tea and do a low-poo 1X week. I use rich, moisturizing conditioners daily as a rinse out , leave-in or DT.
