Default i need a hair cut!!!!!

i have recently embraced my hair, i think its a type 3a mainly( and dark to medium brown). but when it is out it doesn't look so great, its mostly all one length but im not sure how to get it cut.

after getting most of it chopped off, to remove damage hair, a couple of months ago, its long again , probably just a bit under my shoulders.

i have quite a round face, im quite young, 16, and i want to keep it long, and as cute as possible.

so my question is, do you have any ideas on how i could get it shaped? i would like it to not be too high maintainince and as i said before i would like to keep it long.

any ideas would be great, ill try put a picture up later of what it looks like at the moment.

Keeping it long and all one length with layers framing your face would be cute and easy to maintain. I think it is more difficult to manage shorter layered curly hair but then when I had long hair I went through a ton of conditioner! Plus when it is long you can pull it back in a pony tail.
