Default Hair cut suggestions please??

Hello there.

I really feel like I need a cut. I'm growing out an inverted bob, and it looks a little funky. But i don't really know what kind of cut I should aim for. Here are some photos I took today:
http://picasaweb.google.com/dirtcolo...ingSummer2009#

You can't really tell from the pictures but the bottom is all one length, and most of the layers are in the back, which makes for some weird poofiness and triangle-head action at times. Any pictures/descriptions of something that might fix my issues would be appreciative! The thing is, i don't want any length off, and my layers are so weird... Ugh. Help! Thanks!

I always think your hair is really pretty! The front looks fine, but the back is a little funky. Maybe more layers? I am not a haircut expert so I wont even try to answer that question, sorry.

I actually think your hair looks gorgeous! Technically, if you want it cut, but don't want to lose the length, then you need layers, right? And I suppose the layers can't all be in the back, or you end up with even more of a stacked look. Can the stylist blend some layers in the front with the ones in the back? Personally I'd either bring up the bottom to blend the layers (which sacrifices length) or I'd wait to cut it. It really does look gorgeous!

Your hair is beautiful. I like your haircut so.

Which shampoo, conditioner and deep treatment do you use?
Thank you.

What if you turned it into a long inverte bob? Just layer it and shorten the back so it is still inverted! I love mine and if you keep it longer in the middle you can put it in a pony sooner (good for workout/4th day hair which don't look too good! :P AND I can french braid it )
