Hi! I am a guy with long curly hair and I love, but I would like to try a different look leaving curls. I want to go short, because my hair is damaged, after that I plan to return to long curls. Yes, get rid of the damage! Does your hair still curl when it is short? Mine gets straighter but healthy looking short hair is much better than damaged. Using more natural products will make it healthier.

Wow..... you could really use some help with damage. I'd say cut it short and start again, you have some potential for some beautiful hair.!

I prefer the first style you posted. This one looks too feminine (pixie cut).

Is the first picture you and your hair? If so, I would cut out some damage. But why is it damaged? It could just be very dry. Maybe some good deep treatments and TLC would help.
