Default I broke my Devafuser :(

I bought it from Ulta with the adapter included. I was putting it onto my hair dryer and I heard a pop sound. I looked and inside the adapter, part of the plastic piece inside broke off. So..now it slips off my hair dryer. Any ideas of what to do? I thought about taping it onto the hair dryer. I don't think returning it is an option. It is used now and broken. The closest Ulta is one hour away from me anyway. I feel like I wasted my money.

I'd suggest calling Devacurl and see if they have a fix or will send you a new one if you fax them a copy of your receipt.

It can't hurt...

I remember someone mentioning a hairdryer from Sally's that it fit on without needing to use the adapter (don't recall which dryer). So that might be an option if Deva has no solution for you.

I use the Ion Conditioning dryer & the Deva Fuser fits it without the adapter.

Thank you for all of your suggestions! I have moved since I bought it, so I know I don't have the reciept anymore. I will try to find a dryer that it fits without the adapter ( I need a new hair dryer anyway). If that does not work, I will try to get in touch with Deva and see if they can help me out. If not.... I will borrow the idea of the duct tape!
