Ingredient Help

I completely cut out 'cones, 'xanes, and sulfates from my regimen.
I try to minimize the amount of fatty alcohols (and completely cut out non fatty-alcohols) and 'quats I use.
Is it okay, or even good, that I cut out these ingredients?

I am not sure if they are in my current haircare products (I will have to look), but should I also be cutting out surfactants?
Also, what is the word on polymers? Are they okay to use if you are CG no-'poo?

Why did you cut out fatty alcohols? They are moisturizing.

I didn't cut them out. I cut out non-fatty alcohols.
