Help, is this CLARYFING SHAMPOO okay?

Today I bought this Shampoo:
SUAVE NATURALS ALOE VERA (for dry hairs)
Ingredients:
Aqua, Sodium Laureth Sulfate/Sodium C12-13 Pareth Sulfate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Sodium Chloride, Glycol Distearate, Parfum, Disodium EDTA, DMDM hydantoin (or something like that), Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract, Methylchloroisofiasolinone (not CONE), Methylisotiazolinone (not CONE), CL 19140, CL 42090, Butylphenyl Methylpropional, Citronellol, Hexyl Cinnamal, Linalool, Citric Acid/Sodium Hydroxide.

1) This doesn't contain silicones right?
2) Can I use this shampoo to "clarify" my hair and clean it from SILICONES before beggining to use de CG method?
3) I will use SUAVE NATURALS CONDITIONER (COCONUT) to CO-WASH, is it necessary to use another conditioner on the method or can i wash and condition my hair with that one only?

Thank you for all the answers beforehand!
Correct, yes, and possibly if your hair needs moisture. There's a forum in the welcome area for new posters that you might want to check out, it'll answer these exact questions and more, without you having to wait on anyone to answer. The shampoo-less forum will help, too.
