Does this tell me anything about my hair?

When I pull my finger down a strand of hair and it is squeaky, does that mean anything???
Wavy wonder, I was hoping that it might be explained in Tiffany's blog post about porosity, but it isn't. Several commenters have posed the same question to that blog post, so hopefully, she will answer it soon....

thanks Jillipoo.
I actually did a google search before i asked the question and Tiffany's blog did come up, but I couldn't find the answer.
I hope someone can answer it
Tiffany says: "When your hair is totally cleansed of not only dirt, but oil as well, there is nothing between you and your hair shaft when you run your fingers down it. The friction caused because there is no longer any buffer between finger and hair shaft causes the hair strand to "squeak." Not a good thing: yes, the hair is clean, but there is no lubrication or moisture in the strand either."

interesting... but i wonder if this is accurate to all hair... if so, my hair is in A LOT of trouble because it squeaks maybe 90% of the time, whether clean or dirty, and i always have some kind of product in it. i have really thick hair, and my strands are really thick and strong and of lower porosity. i wonder if that makes a difference.
para los gustos se hicieron los colores

i has no hair type? (medium, f-iii), normal porosity, LOW elasticity.
CG journey began 2/8/09 - 4-08-09.. and then mod cg 4/14/09 -... 03/02/10- Barely CG but I like CG products
wash with Low Poo or Poo
condition with GVP Conditioning Balm or CJ BC Daily, Loreal Color Vive for Color Treated Hair Thats Normal
Leave ins- Garnier S&S; Marrakesh oil
style with - Ohm SHP; KCCC- BRHG or Boots- KCCC- BRHG; CIAB; CCCC
Protein- GVP Joico K-Pak
Play with ACV
interesting... ok so this is strange, I just did it again and it doesn't squeak when i pull it down, but it does squeak in the opposite direction??
thanks for helping out Jillipoo
Yes I know, My friend left a strand of her long hair at my house that I found, she was shedding because of spring time, when I examined it I stumbled upon noticing that it squeaked in one direction and not in the other.
