I cut it -- just a little below shoulders! *pix* added
 

I got tired of fighting with my hair so I had my husband pick the longest curl in the back and make the rest match. My ends were jagged and my curls were starting to split in a forked tongue...now I just speak with one instead of wearing them on my head.

I'll post pictures later.

Here's where I was - my ends were getting stringy, uneven and very tangly due to the too different length layers. It looked good but the underneath was a total nightmare - I couldn't even comb it anymore without breaking it a lot. All the knots are gone now. woo hoo!

I agree that the length really suits you. But I wouldn't really call that short, it's about my length now. ;) You look great! (but angry!) LOL :D

ETA: I agree it's an easy length. Long enough to pull back/ponytail, etc but short enough to comb thru more easily. :) I love mine this length.
