Angry how to fight back when a company doesn't send your products?? allstatebeauty

Has anyone had any experience with this company?? I placed an order on may 5th and have yet to receive it. I have called and there voicemail box is full, sent a few emails with no response.

Any suggestions would be appreciated! I did a google search to see if anyone else had ever had any problems with this company and ALL kinds of people have had problems. They were quick to take the $50 dollars from me.

I don't have any advice to offer, because I've not yet ordered hair products online, but I just wanted to say I am so sorry that this happened to you. I hope you are able to resolve this issue.

If you paid by credit card - contact your credit card company or bank and inform them what's going on. If you paid by paypal contact them. They should all have some way to help you out.

I had posted a thread on this before - not to buy from them. Perhaps we should keep this one bumped.

I disputed the charge with my bank (I had used a debit card). I also complained to the BBB, which was a waste of time. My bank gave me a provisional credit and eventually AllState refunded my money (then the bank took back the provisional credit). Major pain in the rear! This is a terrible company.

Wow! If you do a search on the internet of allstate beauty there's complaints all over the place! How is this place even still open? This is ridiculous! I'm sorry you're having to deal with this and I hope you get it resolved quickly and easily!!

thanks for all the responses!! I was really shocked as well to see all the complaints. I have no idea how this company is still open???

I'm so frustrated with them I feel like sending them some hate mail. But they obviously don't respond to anything their customers have to say!!

Maybe we should ask nc.com to have a sticky for not-recommended online retailers, much like they do for rec and not-rec'd swappers. I don't know if they can though, since they have CurlMart and it could be seen as a conflict of interest. However, it would be a great service for us to be able to post complaints, issues, etc, especially with companies that (A) don't send products or (B) send old products (the packaging changed over a year ago and this is the old packaging, etc).

the only site I'm aware of that is similar is the complaintboard.com That is where I found all the complaints about allstatebeauty. I checked my account this morning and was pleased to see they had refunded my money. Looks like the hate mail I sent them last week must have worked!!
