Default New product....CG newbie needs help.

I recently bought Ouidad's Climate Control. On the website it said "Water soluble, so it won't build up in hair." So I bought it happily and I have been using it the past couple of days with a mixture of my other products, none of which have silicones and are totally CG. However, on the Climate Control ingredients label, near the end of the list it says, "PEG12 Dimethicone, Dimethicone." Does this mean that the PEG applies to both ingredients, or that they have one water soluble silicone and one that is not? Why would they do that?
So far my hair seems to like this product, but I don't want to get buildup and have to restart my quest for healthy hair!

I think it means that one of the cones is soluble but the other is not :S that's a weird thing to do!!
