Question Question about KBB

Hello,
I'm new here. My teenage daughter is actually the one with curly hair, not me. She's been using Carol's Daughter Hair Milk for quite awhile but before I reordered it for her online this time I did some searching and reading the threads on this site. I'm personally not wild about the CD Milk scent and it's a bit greasy IMO so I thought I'd get her something else to try. I saw the raves for KBB Hair Milk and decided to order that this time instead.

My question is: How long does it take for KBB to ship their products? I ordered on Wed. night and it's now Sunday, but I haven't received an email that it has shipped yet (I guess I was expecting one by Friday). In my experience products usually don't take so long to ship, so I'm wondering if this is the norm for KBB.

Thanks!

I haven't ordered from KBB in a loooong time, but it seems to me that some people NEVER get shipping notice (I sure didn't). I think you can check at their site if your stuff has shipped. That said, I don't know anyone who hasn't gotten their stuff from KBB - they're pretty reputable in that way.

Her store is really taking off so I think they are very busy. it took me 2 weeks for them to ship the product to me.

Two weeks?! Wow that's a long time. I also don't think it's a good business practice to tell customers they'll get notice when their order ships if they don't follow through. Hmm. Well, if the product rocks I guess it will be worth it. I hope it does! Thanks for your replies, girls!

Some scents like Guava Pomegranate are more popular than others and can take longer (or so they told me). I've never had a problem when I order unscented. I've found their customer service to be very good.
