When to use Aloe Fix?

I tried KCKT and KCCC for the first time today. My hair took forever to dry (but I did read in the posts that for shorter drying time I should remove excess water after putting in KCKT so I will try that) but my 3a hair didn't have the volume I want and looked sort of dry. So I put some Aloe Fix over it - also trying for the first time and voila! my hair looks terrific. I hope it stays this way for the rest of today and maybe tomorrow (hope hope). I've never had 2nd day hair. I was wondering if anyone has used Aloe Fix before using KCCC - I did read pages of posts on Aloe Fix but I can't remember. I'm interested in everyone's experience and thanks to Kathy Mack for providing samples!!!
2/c and some 3A. Modified CG.
Protein sensitive
Highly porous. Color over grey.
Best 1st day method: Super Soaker
Conditioners: Curl Junkie Beauticurls Strengthening Conditioner,
Deep condish: Curl Junkie Curl Rehab
Stylers: Mix Curls in a Bottle into everything for shine. Terrible pj
Sometimes try roller sets - classic glamor but I prefer my curls.
Every day is a gift
The only 2 times I used Aloe Fix was over the Curl Assurance Leave-in. It did absolutely nothing for my hair. It did give me lots of volume, but I experienced a decrease in definition. I think it was an overload of glycerine. *sigh* I wanted to like it. I am glad it's working for you.

I do have a brand new tub, used twice, that I can sell to you if you are interested. I'll make you a good deal. PM me if you'd like it.
I use it over leave in, AfroDetangler, CJ, or GLI and under BRHG. Otherwise, I get great volume and curls but no definition. Two scant knuckle-fuls raked then scrunched into my hair.

I've never tried with KCCC as I figured they're quite similar.
