Last night I clipped my roots with duckbill clips before plopping and this morning took them out (or thought I did). This morning until about 12:00 PM we were going through our garage because we are having a garage sale this weekend and I was in the driveway blowing up this pool float we never used so I could wash it off. One of our neighbors kids came over to see if my brother could play and I thought he looked at me kind of oddly.
Well, while we were eating lunch the subject came up that my little sister is terrible at matching and my older sister said "Yeah, so is Momo over here" (nickname that they all know I hate!) and I go "What! No I am not!" Then she pointed to my head. I start feeling around and said "I don't get it. There isn't anything there." She reached over and took the clip out. I had missed a clip this morning. How embarrassing!
Why couldn't she have told me earlier, if she had noticed!

I actually went to church with ALL my clips in!!! I realized it about 10 minutes later, but still! AAUUGGHH!

I went to Ulta once with a nice neat row of pink and blue clips along my roots for volume..........not a good look.

Yup. Twice. First time was at work but luckily I didn't have any meetings that day! I imagine the school district and environmental consultants I usually meet with would have thought I fit the "kooky state worker" image perfectly. Second time, I actually went shopping and didn't notice I still had 2 clips in my hair until I got home. Good thing it was just one store!

I'm so glad I have my Ion hard hat dryer - leaving with clips is a thing of the past!

I use the "I know I'm forgetful, so....." method: I don't even try to use clips anymore, since I'm sure to go somewhere else, some other time, wearing them.

Hahaha! So I have to admit I've never gone out in clips before, but one time I stepped into the shower with my socks on. And another time, when i wa thirteen, I put my bra on OVER my shirt and didn't realize until I took off my jacket at church.

I'm gald my mom was there! I suspect that once I start going fully CG and doing the clips, I'll walk out, full set, several times.
