Hairtype 3b, frizzy, dry and thin. What should I use...??

I am very new with the CG method. I live in Europe and we have a good internetshop here. But I still don't know what to use.
I have hairtype 3b with spirals and it is thin.

I have a good washing & deep treatment conditioner.
I do have Kinky Curly Knot Today, good gel and styling mousse.
But what else do I need.

I found out my hair can be over-conditioned. It's dry and get's frizzier during the day and it not so soft.

What should I do and how.........dialy routine. Are there any 3b types like me here that can give advice!!! You are more experienced than I am.
Is it the beginning...3 weeks now...??

I wet my hair every morning, don't use the conditioner every day, scrunch it a little, add KCNT, scruch a bit, mousse, scruch, gel, srunch and I let it air dry and after this I srunch again.
My underlayer of hair is much more curly than the upper layer, but that's because I have it in a knot for several years, just in order to deal with my dry frizzy hair.
So far I can see that my hair is much better looking, but just wanted some advice from other 3b types.
Firstly, do you know your texture and porosity? it would be easier for us to help if you told us.
If not, you can do quick and simple tests for texture and porosity on www.livecurlylivefree.com
I find that it's much more useful than the 'hairtype' thing
3b-med texture-med porosity

What a lot of info to read...phew. But thanks for giving me the link.

I think I have fine hair with low porosity.

I am able to buy my products at Mariposa in Europe. These are the brand products you can order here:
http://www.mariposa-import.eu/all_pr...f70eac92b78fe1

But I don't know what to choose which is good for this type of hair. That is why I post this question to see if there are more girls around here with this type of hair. What do you use...??

I think my hair needs protein and maybe more, but I don't know what...

Where are you in Europe? Cause there are other sites, I think Mariposa is REALLY expensive!

I'm living in the Netherlands...
Mariposa is the only site I know about at the moment. So yes please I love to hear about other websites were I can order my products.
Thank you!!
Mariposa is not expensive compaired to other Dutch (or shipping to) shops which charge you about the same. Mariposa is also your only bet for Kinky Curly.

Sucky country we live in I guess...

There are drugstore products you can buy. L'Oreal has good stuff under the studioline-line. The L'Oreal Elvive Nutrigloss glansmasker voor lang haar is the same as the LVPNG in America. It's in the pink tub. Also Nivea has some CG conditioners with protein and styling creams.
The bodyshop has Cotton seed curl booster which is proteine heavy that I love.
Garnier has CG gels, but are PVP-based (which I hate, but what ever flows your boat) and protein-free.

*scans hairproducts shelf*

Freeman has some conditioners and gels that are CG; avialeble at de tuinen, but none contain protein to my knowing.

Biosilk rock hard gelee is availeble in any professional hairstore and has protein.

Hmm, Inecto as a conditioner, but that's protein-free.

Palmolive has really great co-wash-conditioners, the pink and white ones.

That's just about it for as far the drugstore-products go. Anything else I have is from mariposa. Shipping from america or even the UK just costs alot (some shops just charge way to much, like the nc-shop, other shops just choose expensive shipping methods and other shops don't ship overseas), so that's not at all a cheaper option I'm afraid.

Oh, wait, are you not on beautygloss? Haha, then you alreay know all this... Oh well..
2c? 3a? Mostly coarse, but LOVIN' the proteins and fighting overconditioning! My hair is just plain weird

LowPOO; Creme of Nature shampoo
CO; L'Oreal Nutrigloss & AOGBP
Other; nettle tea once a week instead of CO, JCRR, JCAS
Stylers; KCCC, L'oreal studio line gel
Don't like; PVP, non-vegetable glycerine

Thanks for your reply.

But I've seen a difference between prices which I cannot explain i.e.: Curl Junkie Coffee-Co-Co Creme.
At Mariposa 115 gr (4 oz). 27,99. Here at Curl Mart the same amount: 14 USD or approx. 10,00.
8 Oz (+/- 230 gr. > so double size/weight) is at Curl Mart 22 USD or 15,00.

Phew quite a lot........

Didn't read this before........ggg.......yep it's me!!!

I think I'm looking for protein products. This is what my hair needs I quess, same as yours.
I think I will go for the KCCC as I already have the KCNT.
And perhaps some Curl Junkie stuff......at Mariposa.
Yes I know overseas shipping isn't always possible or shipping costs can be high, but I've also good experiences to buy in the US, not everybody rips your money....

Does Curl Mart here ship overeseas...??

If you find cheaper alternatives, I'd like to hear them.
The shops in my favourites are;
http://www.lexies-curls.de/joomla/in...tartseite.html (very good shop, postage is as low as you can get it, but no curljunkie nor Kinky Curly and not cheaper then mariposa as far as I can see)

Want me to send you a sample of the KCCC? I'm happy to scoop up some clumps for you Saves you the 40 euros if you hate it..
Scratch that; I have nothing to put this in AND post it...
