yeah, Poppins - the J.A.Y condish might be better for your hair, cause if you have coarse hair protein might make it snap!!
I really wanted the J.A.Y, but it's more expensive then the rest... Why is this???

yeah you're all right, I think the JAY would be better than the really protein heavy one. But yeah, why is that one more expensive? LOL
I seem to have just got a bit obsessed about my poor damaged hair needing protein, but really it is so coarse that I know it wont be a good idea to over do it LOL (you would have thougt Id got the message after 2 disasterous attempts with eggs that left me with worse than straw LOL)

I love AO! It's amazing, haha. I also use other AO products besides the shampoo & conditioner too. I tried the GPB shampoo before and it was quite nice! I switched to the AOHR shampoo though since I didn't really like the smell of the GPB. But the GPB made my hair very soft!

I use B5 Design Gel on top of KCCC. It works really well for me even with dewpoints in the 60s.

How do you think it would behave ontop of CJ AFG? Stronger hold perhaps?

Are you still using/loving this? Struttswife suggested I try it mixed with the Suave Tropical Coconut (to thin it out some). Trying to decide if I'm going to grab some. Still loving the whole my hair being in love with a $.98 condish.

Seems my hair needs protein so I picked up the AO GPB in Lavender Ylang Ylang from Whole Foods. But the third ingredient is "alcohol denat. (38b, lavender)".
What does that mean? Isn't alcohol denat a drying alcohol? What do you all think?

alcohol denat is the drying alcohol. It may mean that the Lavendar was extracted using denatured alcohol. It's hard to find some of the extracts that don't have alcohol in them. I just made some with vodka following instructions from another thread. Haven't used them yet.
