Any tips on how to do a roller set including the products and the comb out that will look tousled, modern and not so old fashioned and "done"?

Going curly means I have to rewet every day so sometimes I want a roller set to save time. I have plain wire rollers and foam ones. I avoid electric curlers and Caruso doesn't work for me.

My hair is between chin and shoulder length and layered and I have a good cut (hallelujah!)

She recommends not parting perfectly or evenly to get that tousled look.

That video is very helpful. Exactly what I was wondering about the placement of the rollers and whether she brushed, combed or finger combed at the end. Much thanks! I hope my hair turns out half as gorgeous as hers did.
