sorry for the dramatic title but i indeed need a little help. Let me start with a brief introduction of myself. My name is hannah (Hi!!) and after 3 years of illness my hair began to fall out and I cut it to a long bob in a bid to keep as much of it as I could. It worked and after become much healthier in the past year or two, my hair is now back to relativly full health. However I am still regrowing it backdown to its original, near waist length, state. In my quest to do this I have set myself the challenge to abstain from all heat appliances and go au natural.

Where do I start????

I have type 2b or c hair which is a nightmare for frizzing (esp in wet wether which sucks since i live in britain) and very rarley not heat style it.

Any advice and tips on where to start, want to do or buy would be great appreciated. Hopefully you can help me get lovley locks!!

p.s any info on hair dye and henna hair dye would be great too.

I'd suggest lurking around the "2" forum and see if you see someone whose hair seems similar to yours. Then check out the products, methods, etc. they're using to give yourself something to start with.

As for henna, check out www.hennaforhair.com for all things henna. There's also a good free e-book you can order - I think it's downloadable now, but when I got it, they sent it out on CD.
