Default A good stylist experience...

I went to a stylist back in december. She did a good job on my hair and even styled it curly and it looked good. I didn't go back because I couldn't really afford to go to her all the time. But I needed a trim so I went back this weekend. Last time I went to her was before I went CG. This time I told her all about the method and what I was doing and that I had a bunch of KY jelly in my hair. She gave me some strange looks but she listened to everything I said and even hunted around the shop to find a conditioner with no silicones in it to wash my hair with. She co washed me and cut my hair wet (which I don't have an issue with) and styled my hair using nothing but gel and even made sure the gel didn't have any silicones in it. She asked for the website name and wrote it down and said she'd check into it. She was very open to what I was saying even tho she thought it was a little wierd that I don't use shampoo. She gave me a really good cut and I'm very happy with it! I'm gonna have to start saving up to go to her more often. I really like her and I like the way she handled my requests and my hair! Yay for a good stylist!!!

YAY! Something you can do for her is to call the manager and tell them what a great job she did, how she was attentive to your requests and needs. That goes a very long ways. AND she will remember you too!

You can also post her name and the salon info here, and on the Salon Review area for others in your area!

It's wonderful that you found a great stylist that gives you a great cut, and listens to you too. Congrats!
