I agree. Damage to your hair is caused by continually using sulfate shampoos heat and starving it of moisture. Low pooing should remove them. It might dry you out a little but you'll bounce back. The only thing that would be like starting over is to give up the routine start using heat and brushes and sulfates and silicones for a while and totally giving up the cg routine. Then THAT is like starting over...because it basically is starting over.
