curly hair feels like it doesnt grow, but IT DOES.think about a guy with a buzzcut, for him it feels like it grows to quickly. my friend needs to shave his head once a month. for us,we feel like it never grows.

this is a tip i found online, i have no idea if it works:
stand on your head!!typical hairgrowth is six to eight inches a year.
"roberts friend tried it & got these results within six months!!"

i cant stand on my head, but you can bend over & hang your head down for the same effect.
i just started this too,& i put a book/magazine on the floor to read while i do it. anyway, it cant hurt-at least i will get really flexible
it looks like a yogapose i used to do.
Good luck!!
How long exactly are you supposed to stand on your head? Thanks! ~~jax

As long as you don't stand on your head for too long you should be fine, but if you just lie down over the side of your bed would that be okay?

Same here, that's what I'm taking. I have been on on them for a couple weeks, I just have to get in the habit of remembering to take these everyday. and yes they are big and taste gross! (But This is what I would do for long hair again!) I take it with juice to try to cover the taste. So far I think it's helping. I think I'll be ready to give my final answer by the end of December.

Wow! From August to October, my hair grew like a weed! I have about 1 1/2 inches of new growth! I didn't even do any of the tips in this thread! (Although I take a mult-vitamin everyday, I try to follow the tips, but forget) My hair hasn't had a break from heat styling in so long...

After cutting my hair far too short and being really annoyed with myself I invested in some MSM tablets and biotin tablets. A the moment I'm taking 1000mg biotin and 4000mg MSM a day, although the tub says I can go up to 6000mg to get the best results. I already took a multivitimin, and drink a probiotic drink every morning. I can't say I've noticed any difference yet. I recently henna'd my hair (about 3 weeks ago now) and am desperate to see a little regrowth, but nothing yet. I figure I just have to be patient, but at the moment that's tough because I'm really really hating my hair

It's been about a month now since I've been taking daily multivitamins, biotin, and occasionally MSM, and I do FEEL like my hair is growing a bit quicker than without having taken anything. My nails have been growing faster as well! Then again, it could just be my imagination, but I really think it is helping

It must be the time of year for growth mine is growing well too. Of course I take the vitamins but even my new growth hairs, the little hairs growing in fresh, are growing like mad.
And I don't mean half an inch a month, those baby hairs came in maybe oh month month and a half ago and they're almost to the end of my nose. I don't know if the baby ones grow faster usually than the other hair but wow by summer I should have tons more hair yay!

I'm taking the nourishair . I was taking the ultra nourishhair but those are some big pills ! I just couldn't get them down without feeling like I was choking .The nourishair are much smaller . My hair seemed to be growing fast but then I had a little mishap with what was supposed to be a trim and I feel like I'm starting all over .

Lol thats complete nonsense. All they are doing is trying to do is promote blood flow to the top of the head. That will do nothing but hurt your head.
