Greetings, curlies!

Is washing your hair every day bad? I wash mine every day, and every month or so I skip a day and do it the day after. How often do you wash your hair? Is it bad to wash it every day? Should I change?

Also, are there any curlies who used to wash their hair every day but stopped and noticed a difference in their hair's health?

I decided to just rinse today and use B'Leave In instead of my regular co-wash and condish leave in. My hair looks terrible and I've tried to rescue it to no avail. I'm resigning myself to a bad hair day today and hope it perks up tomorrow after a DT tonight.

I've heard some people say they co-wash every day, others do it once or twice a week...I think it just depends on your hair and you have to go with what works for you.

I think I'm going to stick with doing the co-wash every day (unless I can finagle second-day hair somehow!) and then come here in a panic when that stops working!

I wash my hair every day be it a cowash, low poo, or soap bar.

Mosuna is right - go with whatever works for you.

I've only been doing a mod CG for a short time, I have been able to get 2nd day hair 2x but every other day I do co-wash. I haven't tried just a water wash yet, but I figure if i'm in the shower and working on my hair might as well get a little scalp treatment going on.

I use a low poo most of the time and then a cowash other times.

2nd day hair seldom works out for me.

I tried just water washing a couple times, but that seems to leave my hair a greasy mess.

Therefore, I co-wash nearly every day.
