I found this from a beauty website reviewing a different product with the same ingredient:
". . . polyglucosides. These surfactants are more expensive and some people will find them less irritating. However, they do not clean or foam as well as the Suave surfactants."

Also, cosmeticsdatabase.com says CLEANSING; EMULSIFYING; FOAM BOOSTING; HYDROTROPE; SURFACTANT

And, chemidex.com says it is used with betaines "to make non-irritating personal care cleansing products."

The other one that scared me was Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride. Wikipedia says it is "a chemical found in many popular shampoos. It is a water-soluble quaternary ammonium derivative of natural guar gum. It imparts conditioning properties to shampoos and after-shampoo hair care products."

Everything else seems ok, and in fact, beneficial.

FYI, I am not a chemist, but now I think I want to be one when I grow up!
