If I co-washed my hair thursday evening, slept on it that night, friday night and saturday night what day hair am I on?

I think it's your 3rd or 4th day. I would say 4th day

I'd say 4th day as well. That's how I do it. I last co-washed on Thursday. Today is Monday. So, I'd say I have 5th day hair (which is in great need of being co-washed)

I call the day AFTER washing day 1 when I wash at night.

So for you, washing Thursday night, Friday is day 1, Saturday is day 2, Sunday is day 3, Monday is day 4.

That's how I think of it - my hair is still wet the morning after washing, and I figure the clock doesn't start till its dry.
