As long as nothing crazy happens, I am pretty sure I am coming. Can't confirm for definite until we are a little closer to the date. But in the meantime curlies, have you seen this? http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php...ef=fb_itemlist

I got one today. So cute! I am planning to wear to the curly gathering. If you want one, let me know ahead of time and I can bring with me to the event and you can pay for it there (I know the lady selling them so I will get the money back to her).

Oops, let me see if I can fix it. For the shirts, try this

http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php...ef=fb_itemlist

I fixed it in the above post too. I haven't looked at my sig picture in awhile. The link expired. I fixed it but I really need to do a new one.

Been meaning to ask you, are you natural or color treated? I wish I was natural but I have to settle for color. My natural color is a dirty dishwater blonde with a red tint. My mom is a natural red.

I'm natural, but not as vibrant as when I was younger. I have my stylist dye a slightly deeper shade. I used to use henna, and as much as I love it it's a pain. Maybe I'll try it again someday...

Count in another redhead, probably. Thanks to Ms. Tiffany, who always manages to take care of me, I've got an appointment earlier in the day....so I just may hang out for a bit...I was kinda sorta hoping this heat and humidity would die down by now, but it ain't going anywhere anytime soon...

Still very pretty.

I notice as I am getting older that it seems harder for my hair to hold onto the color. Could be my imagination though. LOL!!!! I use Revlon Colorsilk.

Wow! All these Central FL curlies. Who knew? My husband is out of town that weekend... BUT how cool would it be to hang out with several other curly girls?

Maybe next time!

I can't wait for my appointment with Struttswife on 13th!

Hi Gal's
Great to meet all the new faces and good to see familiar ones as well. Hope we can all keep in touch. I wonder what all the other patrons of Carmelita's thought when we were whipping out all the product for the swap? Here are the few photos I remembered to take at the last minute.http://http://picasaweb.google.com/P...eat=directlink
Sometime before the Holidays I will be having a web launch party at the salon, I hope you can all make it. I'll post details as the event becomes closer to a date and time. The complimentary treatment offer still stands for all who would like to participate, just give me a call at the salon.

It was great to get to meet all you guys!!! Carmelita's was awesome. It was nice to finally get some decent Mexican food for once. I have some pics somewhere, I totally forgot to take pics at dinner myself.

I didn't get to talk much to the girls at the other end of the table, when there are 11 people at the same table it's hard to talk to everyone heh! It was neato to see so many people there. I got to sit next to Curlycara (is that right, or curlykara? I forget lol) and across from Curlygirlfla (Janice). Janice has the most beautiful long red hair. We got there just as Tiffany was cutting her hair. It was really cool to see her curls perk up at Tiffany worked her magic.

Tinah looks great! I am so jealous of her hair. When Tinah walked in everyone was like -- LOOK its Tiffany's hair twin! They really have very similar hair.

I found out that I have fine hair (which I was pretty sure of, but my last hairdresser told me a little differently), and I have normal porosity, except for the parts where its damaged from previous bleaching. But she said those parts weren't even that bad. It was like magic watching her even out my layers. She really is an artist!

When my husband saw my hair this morning, he was like, "what did she do?" I think he was expecting my usual drastic weird cut. I said, "We just had her even out the layers." He inspected all the sides, and said -- "Oh wow, look at how much curlier the back looks. I can see that you don't have those.. step like areas in your hair anymore. Man, all the difference a good haircut can make. Even I, as a man, notice a difference." No lie, that's what he said. He's a trip. I didn't bother to go into the wavy vs. curly conversation, I felt like he had enough education for now lol.

Thanks again girls for sharing dinner with me and putting up with me for a meal!!
