Silicones in Towel?

Hi, I've done my second sulfate wash this week because the first time I did it I didn't see a cone in the ingredient list on my conditioner. So I bought a new conditioner and did another sulfate wash, but I am using the same towel for my hair as before. Did the silicone get into my hair? Or am I being too paranoid? Should I do another sulfate wash? I really don't want to because it makes my hair straight as a nail.
Thanks CG's!
Just wash your towel and I think you probably need to do another wash very sorry. Silicones are so stupid at times lol

LOL No it's just that this has happened to me before. If I use my towel with wet hair with cones in it it sort of transfers with the excess water I think. remember i'm no expert whatsoever. You don't have to wash anything else okay. lol relax

I don't think I'd worry too much about it. Just wash your towel and carry on. I certainly would NOT do another sulfate shampoo. Just continue with your water or co-washes and if your hair looks like it still has buildup, try a sulfate-free poo. Sulfate shampoo is not always needed to remove all cones.

I wouldn't have though residual cones on a towel would cause any problem - if indeed there was much more than fragrance that got transferred when you dried your hair. When in doubt - wash the towel. If you notice buildup, do a lo-poo - but I wouldn't really worry about it in any case.

Nah, the cones can't attach to your hair after it's been dried out on your towel. Don't worry about it, you're okay.
That's right, I said it! I wear scrunchies!!

I am a sulfate washing, cone slabbing, curly lovin' s.o.b. The CG police haven't caught me yet.
