used a sunscreen that had Cones in it.

What do you think ladies? Do I need to do a sulfate wash? I used it on my face.

Honey you are entirely too freaked out about silicones. Silicones are not the devil. They do serve a purpose. In your sunscreen they are fine. Unless you got it in your hair you don't need to worry about it and even then you'd have to get a lot and it would depend on the silicone. Stop worrying so much about silicones. You don't need to do a sulfate wash. You're fine. You're doing more damage with the sulfate washes than any silicone can do.
