Mine was growing out from a bob and I wanted some length to be able to pull it up under a baseball hat for golf and pin it up with some fancy barettes I bought. I had it layered similar to yours and loved it in the beginning and then I didn't. Now it's growing in a little and I love it again -- it will take a little getting used to but if you want to keep the length, this is the only way to go. I think it looks very pretty on you.
