I am wondering how I should use my avocado on my hair as a DT and what it will do?
conditioner: GVP conditioning balm
leave in co: GVP conditioning balm

And my hair hates avg

Yes I consider myself obsessed with my hair.

I've used homemade avocado DT for years. It makes your hair soft, moisturized and glossy!.
The avocado is rich in vitamins, minerals and natural oils. It really conditions your scalp and hair. I mash a soft, ripe avocado, add 1 tsp. honey and 2 tbsp. of EVOO or just a mashed avocado (no added ingredients). Cover it with a plastic shower cap for 20 - 30 min. and then rinse well. The avocado has natural fibres so it really needs a good, long rinse. Finish with your usual after DT routine and enjoy.
There are lots of different recipes for avocado hair masks an I'm sure there are probably some on NC.com. Just try Googling. HTH
