BRHG and KCCC and Shampooing

I am finding that when I use BRHG and/or KCCC I need to shampoo more often. This stuff does not easily rinse out with a cowash. Have others experienced this?

No, I haven't found that to be true -- it comes out easily with a co-wash for me. But everybody's hair is different.

No problems here either.

Out of the two I use KCCC and I don't have any problems rinsing out with conditoner.

No problem with either one of them but to be sure -- use light conditioner.

I don't need to use shampoo in order to get it completely out of my hair, but I have noticed that it takes me longer to get either of them out of my hair when I co-wash. I actually started lo-pooing every third wash or so because I'm afraid of build-up, but only because my hair is so fine and so easily weighed down. I never really saw any evidence that it was building up in my hair when I just co-washed.
