Default CG Method Question

How often do you co wash with this method. Someone give me a great list of their products that they use that are easy to get at sallys or drugstore that I can get started with. Not sure what all the abbreviations stand for on the profiles so I'm kind of at a loss. Thanks everyone out there

I co-wash every few days or as I deem necessary based on the way my hair feels. Here is a thread regarding cheap starter products which should help you. There are also lots of other helpful threads in the Newbie section.

Good luck!

It'll vary from person to person depending on everything from what you did that day (example, if you go to the gym, you'll probably wanna wash your hair), to the condition of your hair (damaged hair needs more moisture, which you can get from cowashing among other things), to the natural oil levels of your scalp (do you need to wash every day normally?), to how long you've been cowashing (a lot of curlies find that they don't need to cowash as often as their hair and scalp adjust to the method). Personally, I cowash everyday usually. I just have dry, damaged hair that needs to get washed every day at this point. It's entirely up to you and your own experimentation though

I agree that it varies by person and how your hair/scalp feels day to day. I co-wash every other day but if my scalp feels a little itchy or if I get sweaty I will definitely co-wash.

You will get to know what works best for you in time.
