Naked Naturals Smoothing. CVS or Rite Aid. (Walgreens only has the Lavendar which isn't as good).

I like Naked Naturals and I also like Organix. I got them both from CVS.

I like J&J lavendar baby shampoo. No sulfates, inexpensive and a bottle lasts forever.

I use one called Cristophe Naturals Daily Shampoo that's pretty good. Got it at CVS.

Oooooh, I am totally checking out the J&J Lavender! I was all about the Naked Naturals Smoothing too, and none of the CVS stores I go to have it on the shelf any more.

I picked up Organix low poos at Walgreens the other day (BOGO deal), but haven't tried them yet.

One low poo I have tried recently that is really nice, leaving no "stripped" feeling at all, is the L'Oreal Everpure Smooth Shampoo.

Ok girls define a low poo? It was my understanding that a Low Poo is a Sulphate Free shampoo preferably without cones.

Oraginix, Loreal, Everpure, Johnson's all have Sulphates or Cones. There have been many rec's on these threads for Low Poos if you do a Google Search you'll find shampoos without these ingredients.

Not sure about Naked Naturals or Cristophe Naturals I've never seen them in my area. Maybe someone can post the ingredients?

Yeah, you're right. Organix does have dimethicone. I haven't used it since I first started all this CG-craziness and I guess I didn't know any better at the time. I think Naked Naturals is OK though, but I'm not as good as some people at deciphering ingredients. OK, I'm going to attempt to type out the ingredients from the bottle. I don't guarantee no typos!

water, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, sodium lauroamphoacetate, PEG-150 distearate, cocamidopropyl betaine, sorbitol, phenoxyethanol, sodium cocoyl isethionate, sodium methyl cocoyl taurate, cocamidopropylamine oxide, hydrolyzed vegetable protein PG-propyl silanetriol, polyquaternium-7, glycine soja (soybean) oil, calendula officinalis flower extract, butyrospermum parkii (shea butter), persea gratissima (avocado) oil, polyquaternium-10, PEG-45 palm kernal glycerides, tetrasodium EDTA, citric acid, fragrance

Bought and used the J&J Lavender, and it is fab! Worked perfectly and smells AMAZING! Also, it is free of cones and I think the sulfates are pretty mild.

Here's the ingredients list for the Organix White Tea Grapeseed Shampoo:

IngredientsI water, disodium laureth sulfosuccinate, cocamidopropyl betaine, cocamidopropyl hydroxysultaine, glycol distearate, dimethicone copolyol, cetyl alcohol, cocamide DEA, guar hydroxypropyltrimonium chloride, polyquaternium-11, panethnol, DMDM hydantoin, silk amino complex, grapeseed oils, Asian white tea extract, orange peel extract, tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), tocopheryl acetate, fragrance

Dimethicone copolyol is a water-soluble cone, and is therefore CG safe. This is sulfate free.

L'oreal Everpure Smooth Shampoo:

Aqua/Water/Eau, Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate, Sodium Lauryl Sulfoacetate, Disodium Laureth Sulfosuccinate, Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Glycol Distearate, Divinyldimethicone/Dimethicone Copolymer, Glycereth 26, Decyl Glucoside, Parfum/Fragrance, Polyquaternium 7, PPG 5 Ceteth 20, Amodimethicone, Polyquaternium 10, Methylparaben, PEG 55 Propylene Glycol Oceate, Propylene Glycol, Carbomer, C11 15 Pareth 7, Benzophenone 3, Benzyl Salicylate, Hexyl Cinnamal, Glycerin Trideceth 12, Laureth 9, C12 13 Pareth 23, Linalool, Tocopherol, C12 13 Pareth 3, Limonene, Benzyl Alcohol, Juniperus Communis Fruit Oil, Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Rosmarinus Officinalis Oil (Rosemary), Methylisothiazolinone, Sodium Hydroxide, Citric Acid

Yep, you are right there are some cones in there. Oops. For me, it works though. A-cone is a 'milder' and slightly soluble cone and my hair likes it, but I'm not sure about the other one. But it is sulfate free.

Johnson's Baby Shampoo with Natural Lavender:

Ingredients
Water, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, PEG-80 Sorbitan Laurate, Sodium Trideceth Sulfate, PEG-150 Distearate, Fragrance, Polyquaternium-10, Tetrasodium EDTA, Quaternium-15, Citric Acid, Ext. Violet 2. May also contain: Citric Acid, Sodium Hydroxide.

I actually researched buying baby shampoo because it is so much cheaper. But it does have that sulfate. Granted, it is a milder sulfate, milder than the dreaded SLS, etc., and it is listed further down on the list. But still -- I agree that it probably doesn't qualify as a low poo.
