Question Johnson's Baby Shampoo

Is Johnson's Baby Shampoo considered to be okay to use - is it CG?

These are the ingredients:

Water, PEG 80 Sorbitan Laurate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Sodium Trideceth Sulfate, PEG 150 Distearate, Fragrance, Tetrasodium EDTA, Polyquaternium-10, Quaternium 15, Sodium hydroxide, Citric Acid, D&C Yellow 10, D&C Orange 4

It has sulfates. It's really harsh on your hair.

I wasn't sure if those were the bad sulfates. I've always heard that it strips color, but I wasn't sure how bad it really is.
