Find myself creating products for my hair, I've doing this for years...

Hi I would like to find out what type of ingredients in hair care products whether they be conditioners but moreso styling products, which ones or formulas are great for creating 3c/4a curls into a more define/non frizzy/ & elongated & looser stretch out curl?

Also, is it true that according what ingredients thats listed first in a product formula it determines how your hair will react? Like For example: say if olive oil is listed first in a ingredient versus vitamin E. the hair would react differently by making it curlier or looser versus if vitamin e was listed first in a product formula it could make the curl into a more non frizzy, less curl definition. Is that true?

Ingredients: water, olive oil, etc.

Ingredient: water, vitamin e
