Exclamation Help! Hair Problem!

I used to have really nice curls when I was small. Then it became really frizzy and it got hard to manage so I permanently straightened my hair. I've straightened it for 5 times already and I don't want to straighten it anymore.

I want to grow my curly hair out but it will look weird - curly on top and straight at the bottom.
what should i do?
are there any hairstyles that anyone can recommend for me?

help please

Hi Frizzyfit - some grow out their hair just a few inches and then do what is called a big chop, cutting all the straightened hair off at once. Others trim it gradually while still straightening their curly growth so it all looks uniform. Check out the transitioning boards and threads for more information and support.
Congratulations on going curly
