Default Thanks Alexjoujou!

You don't even know you helped me out, but yesterday I read that you use AOMM with BRHG to help distribute it. I tried it yesterday and today and wowee!!! It works absolutely fabulous! No frizz at all even at the end of the day...it holds up really well. When I combine the 2 and put it over FSG, it feels very smooth. My curls are bouncy, shiny and minding their manners . Thanks again, I really appreciate the information shared on this forum.

I just got MM today in a swap. So, do you use MM and BRHG because MM is so liquidy and hard to distribute?? I'll have to try it

Does anyone else have the Acronyms/Abbreviations/Definitions! thread bookmarked for reading the forums?

I will have to try those two products.. I have them on my list..

(My husband saw my list the other day. He just looked at me and walked away!)

Also, pics? Perfect hair needs pics!

Hi WW! I was using a little puddle of FSG before to mix with BRHG because I could only use a pea size amount or my hair would feel too producty. It really wasn't quite enough to hold, but better than nothing. Too much and...yuk! I've used the AOMM and it was okay, but didn't really wow me. When I read the info about mixing the two, I tried it and was able to use more BRHG and wow, it didn't feel like too much. When I put the mix on my hair, it feels really smooth (slip?). I'm not sure what changes the consistency, but it works. Let me know what you think when you try it.
CCS, I always have to refer back to the acronyms - LOL. I know what you mean about the pictures. I like to see the results when something is working too. I just can't seem to get a good one, but will keep trying .

Gosh thanks guys!!!

That's really nice of you!I think I actually got the idea of mixing AOMM with something else from kathymack or maybe Frizzbgone? I can't specifically remember (maybe they'll chime in here) but it very much helped me with the BRHG which is so sticky and just didn't want to distribute well. That led to using too much of it which led to hard scrunching and oddly hard curls....I really love the AOMM mixed with it too! It goes on so nice and you can use the right amount of BRHG w/o worry. I think AOMM also provides a bit extra moisturizing as well which is nice!

I also very much appreciate this board--I would be lost without it. It's my home away from home!!

Wow you all made my day!

Alright...must try this tomorrow...even though AOMM never worked for me. BUT I still have it because I can't seem to let go of stuff.

I have to join the Alexjoujou bandwagon and agree, she rocks! She's generous with her time in detailing her experiences with products and answering questions. I love reading her reviews!

I wanted to add something about AOMM and BRHG. I have not used AOMM alone as a curl enhancer (but I have used an AVG before and loved the results), but I usually use a drop of AOMM emulsified in wet hands and smoothed over the canopy as a frizz-killer. If the frizz is really bad, I'll then do the same thing with a drop of BRHG emulsified in wet hands. I made a post about this a little while ago: Frizz buster!
