Default Product with Aragan oil in - love it.

My hair was kind of dry and my curls were droopy. I haven't shampooed in about three weeks. I've been cowashing and airdrying.

I pulled all my hair up in a clip on top of my head and let it down one section at a time. I put a little bit of oil on my hands and ran it through a section and then wet my comb and started at the bottom and worked my way up to the root. I finished up with a bit of 'cone free leave-in. It took over an hour but my hair is happy, bouncy, and feels so clean.

It shrank a lot. Oh well, I'd rather have shiny, bouncy shorter curls than dry, limp length.

Where did you get your Argan oil?

So..um...I kinda fell off the CG wagon. I got sick of long curly hair about 6 months ago. I currently have a short a-line, which I flat iron, although I also wear it wavy sometimes. I still use sulfate-free poos (I'm madly in love with the Bodyshop's rainforest moisture) and silicone free conditioners.

Wow! That's amazing, Speckla!
Is this pure argan oil, or a product with other stuff in it as well? Ingredients?

It's pure oil. I bought a little sample at Sally's for 99 cents. This is my morning hair. I just took my satin bonnet off. I can run my fingers through my hair still. I'm just going to spritz a bit of water on it to refresh my curls. It's amazing how much length I lose to shrinkage.

When I went to sally's, I picked up the 99 cent bottle, and it was by no means pure Argan oil. It was all cone's and Argan oil was the last ingredient. Despite the fact the name of the product was "argan oil."

I'm not saying that what you have is wrong, just telling other people to be careful when they go to sally's to pick up "argan oil" lol.

I checked it out at Sally's too.
It has MICROprint of the little bottle so they gave me a magnifyer to read it with.
Has some cones (I believe) and just a bit of argan oil in it.

I looked at the bottle and ya know what? It does have other stuff in it... I thought it was pure oil. I'm going to see if I can find some that is just pure oil online and order it.

Wink

I had my boyfriend pick me up a bottle of same argan oil. I read such great reviews on youtube. I am fan of youtube because face review on various items, I buy. I normally shop at all drugstores rarely at department stores because it overprice "once while"

I got 9.99 big bottle compare to name brand Eden's argain oil which are same active ingridents just like one n only. I really like it. I use for 1 week and noticed great results in terms repair to dry hair. A hair saver. The draw back was how heavy the texture pour out can make your hair feel heavy. Over oily but if apply a small amounts works wonder for maybe finger combing and smooth out frizzs
