Do you air dry or diffuse?

Just wondering, do you air dry or diffuse?

I bought a diffuser and am trying to perfect drying my hair,
so it won't be uncomfortably wet/cold when I go to class in the mornings
but yet not allow the dryer to make me look like a chia pet....

What is your drying routine????
Hair Type: 3b /3a?.... medium texture, normal porosity

Conditioner:
Aussie Moist

Shampoo: Organix Shampoo

Other products: Paul Mitchell Sculpting Foam Mousse, LA looks Sport gel, & whatever is cheapest for a frizz serum.

I use a diffuser, since it defines my waves a hell of a lot better than air drying.
I air-dry. In winder, I do have to wake up extra early to allow my hair to be mostly dry before I get to work. My hair seems to get too poofy/frizzy when I diffuse. I should probably try diffusing now that I've totally switched all of my styling products since last time I diffused (years ago).
Location: Texas
Type: 3b/3c (i), below shoulder length.
CO wash: A-O GPB LYY, Salon Care Honey Almond, Devacurl OC, Acure Argan Stem Cell+Argan Oil, Mill Creek Botanicals Keratin Repair
Leave-ins: BWC, KCKT, cno overnight
Styling: BRHG, MGA Sculpting Gel, A-O Mandarin Magic Gel, LOTD AVG, LALSG
DT: Kiehl's Olive Fruit Oil Deeply Repairative Hair Pak, Curl Junkie Deep Fix, Briogeo Don't Despair Repair!
It really depends on my routine for the day. I go to school from 8-230 and work 330-midnight so I don't have a lot of time, but when I do, I diffuse. I feel like my curl is better defined when I diffuse.

The trick to diffusing, if I remember from when I used to do it all the time, is not to move the hair dryer around. Keep it on the same spot for 15-20 seconds, then move to another area. Rinse, wash, repeat until your head is dry.
2b, high porosity, medium texture
CG since 11/20/09

Current routine:

low poo: GTTTT
rinse out: Suave Naturals Aloe and Waterlily
leave-in: GVP Conditioning Balm or Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition
stylers: Proclaim Curl Activator Gel, Proclaim Crystal Ice Protein Gel or Ecostyler Krystal Gel
I mostly air-dry. Mainly because I am lazy!! But time is a factor some mornings so I do a combo. I let my hair air dry as much as possible then hit it with a diffuser before heading out the door. I have a half-hour ride to work so I wait until then to scrunch, if needed.
