I've concluded that my hair doesn't like glycerin.. at least in gel anyway. Anyone know of a nice, inexpensive glycerin-free gel available at drugstores or sally's? Thank you!

Biosilk Rock Hard Gelee is available at a lot of drugstores, grocery stores and at Target. Expensive but a little goes a long way, so it's not bad in the long run.

Herbal Essences Set Me Up, and probably the other HE gels. I personally hate Totally Twisted. HESMU is OK, but I prefer BRHG or LA Looks Sports Gel. The latter does have some glycerin, but it must not be much because my hair doesn't like glycerin either, but it's never bothered me.

I'm sure there are others, but those are all that come to mind at the moment.
