If hard water is water filled with minerals, then is sparkling (if that makes a difference) mineral water (the kind you drink) bad to wash hair with? Not that I do.. But just what if. Would you need to chelate or clarify and can it build up? Also.. This is random, but is sparkling mineral water same as club soda? I heard it can help with chlorine and I'm gonna be swimming soon and I was hoping I could use it as a rinse to help wash away the chlorine.. Has anyone ever tried it?
