Exclamation Curl Junkie's Site Having Issues

I've been trying to place an order since last night, but have been getting this message everytime I click the "proceed to checkout" button:

Invalid input. Please press your browser's back button and re-attempt your submission.
Please double-check that the characters you entered are normal A-Z or 0-9 alphanumeric letters or numbers. If you are using any special symbols in your submission, please remove them, and then re-submit your request.

Example of special characters would be the following: !@#$%^&*-(),+={}?:"

I experienced a different glitch on Friday when I ordered. Somehow, their system did not charge me for shipping but I was immediately notified of the oversight and I took care of the difference.

I wonder if all us curlies have overloaded their server?

Can you place your order by telephone?

I'm sorry you're having trouble.

I got the phone number from the site 646-620-8699, but it says they're only available for 1 hour a day (between 4pm-5pm) Mon-Fri...it's after 4 here now so I'm about to call. Thanks!

Thank you to you both Kathymack and Misspam! I actually just got off the phone with Marsha..she personally placed my order for me, and she was very helpful! She asked me what my hair type was and recommended the products that would be best for my hair!

I told her that I learned about her products and site from no other than NC.com, and believe it or not she had already seen my hair once I told her who I was(love her)!

I ordered the Beauticurls Daily Hair Conditioner and the Curls In A Bottle, she even explained to me the best way to use both on my hair!


I can't wait to get all of her stuff in (I ordered some of her other products from Curlmart on Fri).
