What do you use to get the CRUNCH out?

after you apply gel/mousse/whatever, what product or type of product do you use to get the crunch/stiff feeling out?

ive been using a CG friendly pomade, but i'm pretty sure that is what is helping to contribute to my grease problem...looking for other suggestions?

thanks!

You don't really need anything but your hands.....just go through the surface of your curls and crunch. No products needed!
My hands
I used to use jojoba oil, but bare hands work better for me.

It just depends on your preference....I use either a drop of jojoba oil (or other oil) or I use some of BB's hair/body butter. My hair does better with oil or butter, just not too much....just mostly on my ends. HTH.

jojoba oil, huh? can i find that at sally's you think?
If you are having issues with greasy hair, you aren't going to want to use an oil on it. You would just be making that problem worse. What's wrong with using just your hands?

I'll usually use a butter or a little bit of a creamy LI condish to scrunch with. Just enough to coat my hands to keep from getting frizz. But I've found that with the right products (which for me are curl junkie products LOL) I don't have to scrunch with anything. Sometimes I don't have to scrunch at all.

I usually use my bare hands but will use KBB Hair Butter when I feel like I need more moisture.
