How good is Curls Spiral Cream?

Well, I really want to get a Curls product, but I don't know wether to choose from the spiral cream, souffle, or milkshake. Which one is the best and how do you use it?

ETA- I took away the poll b/c it just wasn't working.

If it's your first Curls product you might want to get the Milkshake because it has so many HG reviews! I think a lot of people have problems getting Spirals to work for them, and I don't see as many reviews around for the Souffle either, although both do have their followers (I like Sprials, haven't tried Milkshake or Souffle yet).

I'd say Milkshake is the safe option for a first purchase.

Hi Angiecurls....You could email Curls and asked them to recommend products that may work with your hairtype. That's what I did and Spiral Curls Cream was one of the products suggested and I love it. I have tried the Milkshake,I had a sample. It is a great moisturizing product but for me a little goes a long way. I used it under the SCC and I had soft bouncy curls. It loosens my curls(Milkshake) but it makes my hair soooo soft and it smells really good.It reminds me of vanilla icing you squeeze on rolls and turnovers.
I use and love Spiral Curls Cream, Pure Essentials Moisturizer,Naturally Enhanced Curl Lotion, and Ecstasy Asian Hair Tea Conditioner and love them. They make my hair look and feel great every time. HTH!!! :)

I use and love all 3, but it depends on what your needs are. Are you looking for a stand-alone product and need more than just a little hold? Then I'd probably do the SCC. Is your hair easily weighed down? Then I'd skip the Souffle. Are you looking for a moisturizing cream to soften your hair and don't need much hold? Then I'd recommmend the Milkshake.

I'm an avid Milkshake user, it is an HG and I highly recomend. Would like to try Spiral Cream again as I understand it has more hold and I overlay gel with Milkshake. I tried a sample of the SC and it didn't take, but then I tried Milkshake as a sample and that didn't take either.

I use the CurlyQ custard which I assume is similar to the Curls Souffle. If that's the case, I'm having issues with it. It doesn't mix well with anything, even Milkshake. I tried diluting it with a bit of Coconut oil and overlayed gel, but it's dulling on the second day. I won't re-order.

Thanks! I'll email them and then get a sample of what they reccomend.
