I can feel all kinds of baby hair underneath...my hair also looks longer...like I'm coming out of the awkward stage of my too short haircut. also it looks like I got any 1/4 of growth in abt the last 4 days! 😱

Back on Cones,so now my routine is,wash with Deva No-Poo every other day or so. Occasionally use 365 sulfate free, maybe use low sulfate shampoo mixed with conditioner once every two weeks are longer. I condition with Aussie Moist or HEHH. I style with a little GF TN,and finish up with tons of GN Pure Clean Smoothing Cream. No frizz...slippy, happy hair.

That's awesome growth!!
How does the cayenne pepper work/help? It sounds interesting
Also for my mn mix I use the whole tube and mix with oils - so it then has the same consistency as a creamy moisturiser

I heard the cayenne helps with blood flow. So far it definitely feels warm and tingly when I apply. I'm also taking biotin too. I'm am excited abt all the growth...this stuff is great.

So I was using mb undiluted for a while....but I haven't noticed any growth lately so I'm going back to mixing. Also been researching Mega-tek...and there is a Petsmart on my way to work so I will be trying this too. Also I read some of the other Eqyuis products are good for human hair

Hey,
Ive paused my use of it too. Will start again next week. My scalp was getting to used to it and so it wasn't responding as much.

I'm still gonna use it but less...and I'll use it diluted. I also have some megatek balm coming and some avocado detangling spray I've heard about.

Tried it once (Daktarin, not Monistat, if you're in the UK) and hated it - it was fiddly to apply to my scalp in the first place, then my hair went kind of strawlike after washing it out I figured I'd rather keep my current hair healthy than risk that again (and one application wasn't enough to see any kind of difference in growth, so I can't comment on that).

Yeah...it hasn't really done anything to my hair...I just am more tangly at the roots which I hope is from new growth...also this spot of psoriasis I have had forever is gone. Other than that I think it's growing but I really suck at measuring and with the curls...it can kinda be different every day.

I think I'll continue with the mn for the rest of June then take a break. I'll probably continue using on that one psoriasis spot tho. Other than that I have some megatek coming

I also think that I really wanna grow these layers in some...so when I get me megatek salve I may just use it on top around my shorter layers first...to hopefully make them grow faster than the length so I can even up...u think that will work?

I've heard people did it to make application easier and stretch the tube...that's why I did it at first. But then I switched to applying it straight and it didn't seem to yield quite as good results...go figure

Hey all, these are my before pics. So before I applied the mm mixture to my hair.
Excuse the cornrows, but I'm an amateur when it comes to styling. It was the first time doing cornrows using extension hair. I deliberately used light brown hair to use as comparison.
I knew I'd be wearing a wig for the next few weeks so I wasn't to bothered about the neatness.
However it was tight at the roots and the cornrows weren't moving. I was actually a bit apprehensive about the results because I thought I wouldnt have enough space to apply the mix to the underside of it. Anywho...
The after pics are coming soon

After pics... Exactly one week and four days later!
The first two days were interesting. I can admit that by the end them there was some fuzziness going on due to the itching.
I had a slight headache... Very slight though. So no full on migraine. The headache left after the two days too.
I applied the mix for another week but it didn't seem to make a difference so I took the cornrows out and stopped applying.
I personally think it's a great way to know your scalp and how it responds to ingredients on it. Ive never had any scalp issues. I just wanted to see what is was like and if I could get results.
- itching would come and go
- new hair grew out clumped together
- two day headache
- my hair felt coated having mineral oil on it which is one of the ingredients .. and my scalp became dry because I wouldn't water and mn (I'll do that next time)
- scalp became used to the application of the mix on a daily basis

I have med to low porosity so the min. Oil washed off well with a non sulphate shampoo.
I'll be applying mn to my hair for one week every month.

I do believe it was coming up to half an inch of growth. My hair was a mess. My cornrows usually look like that when I'm using my real to cornrow, when it's 6/7weeks later and when I've washed it several times whilst in.
So you can imagine how surprised I was.
I thought that the hair inbetween the cornrows would benefit from the mn mix but it did get underneath somehow. Next thing I notice is the amount of lifting that occured under the cornrows.

I've recently had some new growth since that week (obviously lol) and its coming out as its always come out - soft and straight, not clumped.
Now when I grab a teeny section of my hair from root to tip, it's like kinky straight new growth and then the mn induced clumped curls and then back to kinky curly irregular s curl hair.
Interesting

Ok....because I suck so bad at measuring my hair...and these crazy curls and shrinkage don't make it any better....I think I'll just take pictures every week or so and see if I/u all, can see the growth
