Bluerose, your hair is lovely! Why would you want to change it? What I am learning here in the forum is that it is way easier and more positive to enjoy what you have and work with it, than to try and torture yourself to get what you don't have ;p
And maybe your hair just likes being that length I know that my hair is not likely to get much longer than it is...and if it does, it will just become a thin rat's nest - not an attractive look! lol!

My hair is at waist length right now and I am aiming for hip length I cant handle anything more than that! My hair already takes forever to dry, it takes a lot of products especially conditioner and the few times I do flat iron it takes forever and my arms ache.

way to go, Lisa and Erica! Congrats you both have gorgeous hair...
Mine is fairly fine and not as thick, so growing it past BSL is kinda pointless...just gets skinnier. Mine is about 3 or 4 inches past BSL and I am not growing it longer, though I wish I could. Decided that today. If I had thick, full hair like Lady Godiva or some other Medieval princess, I would go for it too

May I join? My hair is near bra length. Though it may not reach thigh length but it could be near classic length next year. :-)

Uh, no! lol
But I AM growing my hair back out. I cut it to get rid of heat damaged ends. It's between sl and apl stretched now. I only want it apl curly, which for me would probably be whip length stretched.

Haha! I would love to be there, but I need to see how dealing with classic length is first!

My goal is mid-thigh length. Right now, though, my hair is only armpit length normally, bra strap length when wet. ^^

I'm assuming in centuries previous it was a typical length of hair.

I don't think centuries before it was for the most people really possible to grow hair that long.. Imagine, they didn't had good sharp scissors, conditioners, clean water, and don't forget: a good health an good nutrition

Bleached-damaged 3a hair. Fine, porous&dry, medium to high density. Goal: growing the painted hair out (I only do some highlights in the out grow every 3-4 months), and have long healthy hair till at least BSL when curly.
loves: CJ products, jessicurl rocking ringlets, proteïn, co-washing, leave-in conditioner, diffusing, air-drying, pineapple method.
hates: glycerin in low dews, bleaching too much
Experimenting with MSM&biotin on the moment
