Exclamation from long to short hair......HELP

Hi everyone this is first time here and I am hoping this site fits me.......I been natural since december 16, 2011....... This journey has its ups and downs.....this is my third attempt and I finally did my big
chop so there is no going back......

My regime now is wearing protective styles..... Right now its wigs..... I decided in order to have less manipulation I will braid my hair in small single braid but not to small and leave it for a whole
month ......I wash ( with my African black soap )and deep condition every week ( coconut oil, coconut milk, honey, shea butter cholesterol) for no less than one hour....I want to know is that healthy?????.......(to leave my hair braided naturally for that long)
S.N: my wig is not glued so I remove it every time before bed......

My daily moisturizer: water and apple cider vinegar( in a stay bottle for a balanced ph, moisture and to keep it clean in between washes).......aloe vera concoction ( shea butter, aloe vera gel, coconut oil, tea tree oil) to seal in the moisture, protect my hair
and keep it healthy..... I would like to know is my regime healthy for my hair....

Every tuesday and thursday I use castor oil and mega tek rebuilder on the scalp only........

Internally I am currently taking hairfinity pills and trying to drink
plenty of water, I workout when I can and try to keep away from junk
food often.....

Thank you..........

Simplicity is the key. My only concern is how the hair will react during the days or weeks when you don't have time to fulfill your regiment. Sometimes using too many products can have a negative impact.

Also, you might get frustrated into thinking your hair is taking too much time when in reality you set yourself up with a tedious regiment.

Seems like a bit much to keep up with, but if it works for you, then cool.

My only question is why are you using ACV in your spritz bottle? I feel like that would eventually dry out your hair.
