Ya know, I thought it would take a while to kick in too. But with these Country Life ones, I noticed my grays popping out after about a week & a half after coloring.
Before these vitamins, my grays would get to about 3/8" every month when I would color. Now they get to about .75" to almost an inch every month (I color in the first week of every month).
The only way to find out is to try them. They're just a multi that contains biotin & MSM - so theoretically it shouldn't hurt anyone right?
Thanks LisaLisa.. I'll probably stock up on some vitamins this weekend and see how it goes. A friend of mine (ex hairdresser) also recommended silica for hair growth. I'll probably add that to the mix.

Once again, your growth is inspirational! Vitamins have been working for me, I just need to be more careful so I can retain my length. I was at 26 last time i checked a few months ago. Hopefully when I measure again I will be at least 30. Happy growing ladies!

Teri Laflesh's book "Curly Like Me" sits on my desk and everytime I get frustrated and an impulse tells me to shave my head, I look at it in hopes that one day my hair will graze the top of my butt.
Actually yes. They are kind of big - and they don't have that little seam to break them in half either. And even though they are vegan, they kind of taste like fish LOL. But the benefits sooooo outweigh the taste and size.
You can get a pill splitter from any pharmacy - that may help.
