Ok, I'm in
I cut off about 10 inches on dec 26 of 2011
Here it is before cut ( lots of heat damage)
Here it is after hair cut
And here it is, three months later with about 3 inches of growth
I'm starting to do scalp massages about twice a week.

I definitely want to join!
My hair was at shoulder length curly. I had a sew-in , and the person who did it braided my hair incorrectly, so basically the entire center of my hair is broken off. MY edges are still the same length they were before ,but I had to trim them to some what even out my lengths.
-I am currently taking the Body By Vi Shakes ,it has Biotin in it among numerous other vitamins.
(To check it out www.nikkiv.bodybyvi.com)
-I co-wash , and I think I will start doing deep conditioners more often.
Any other tips?
I would love to get back to shoulder length, with equal lengths.

i feel like im so late with joining in lol
my hair right now is in that awkward length between neck and shoulder.. closer to shoulder when dry. my mini goal is to be at a solid shoulder length and for my hair to finally be healthy. my major goal is for my hair to be atleast up to my boobies tehe
my routine is pretty simple
-i scalp rub my hair with olive oil before shampooing
-i wash my hair every 3-4 days (W/ Cantu Shea Butter Shampoo)
- the tightly curly method works very well with my thick hair so im sticking to that
- i use Aussie Moist/or/Garnier for dry damaged hair and most
recently ive added Organic Root Stimulator Olive Oil Moisturizing Hair Lotion
-To deep Condition i use Aussie or Garniers Deep Conditioner with a few drops of olive oil
i will upload some pictures tomarrow to post ^.^

Gorgeous hair, Nikki3b!
I'm still growing. I haven't cut my hair since the beginning of December, but I swear looking at pictures my hair doesn't look like it has grown any. I'm kinda bummed, but I'm hanging in there.

Thank you 😄
Have you tried oil massages. I do them whenever I wash my hair. I've seen some growth when I started doing them about a month ago

I'm actually going to start doing that today on a regular basis. I am going out to Whole Foods to get a rosemary infused coconut oil. I've been eyeing that for a while. Thanks.
Can I ask how you are styling your hair? I think I'm doing too much with mine as far as styling and messing with it.

I'm in! Wanna get to BSL which is about 25 or so...I'm at like 21 now. I am using scalp massage, rosemary and sage oil and taking biotin. I also drink tons of water!

Back on Cones,so now my routine is,wash with Deva No-Poo every other day or so. Occasionally use 365 sulfate free, maybe use low sulfate shampoo mixed with conditioner once every two weeks are longer. I condition with Aussie Moist or HEHH. I style with a little GF TN,and finish up with tons of GN Pure Clean Smoothing Cream. No frizz...slippy, happy hair.

I havent posted any pics but I thought id post one so I can monitor my length now that ive added jojoba oil scalp massages and JBCO overnight treatments to my routine.
The first pic is my regular WnG, the second pic shows that im at WL but shrinking to just above BSL.
