Default Scalp Issues

I have scalp seborrheic dermatitis. I finally got in under control going natural and using natural products. Since winter is coming I want to protect my hair with a sew-in. I am scared that my scalp will break out again. Any advice?

I have psoriasis on my scalp (not the same thing as seborrheic dermatitis, but i think the advice still holds). Get a prescription product from your doctor that you can apply directly and only to your scalp, and then keep up with your regular hair routine. Also try shampoos/low-poos and conditioners with tea tree oil (Trader Joe's sells some that are CG). Tea tree oil is very good for scalp issues. Apple cider vinegar is as well.
2c, fine, extremely dense, color-treated, high porosity.

CG since 10/12
